Design Tip: The button hole is a seperate file that will need to be merged onto each letter if you want to use it like we have done in some of our sample pictures. We used a fastframe on ours with one sided sticky tear away stabilizer with the sticky side facing up. The first step was to let the placement stitch run so that we could see the outline of the letter. Then first we used spray adhesive on the back of the stabilizer and put the chennile with the "back side" touching the spray and stabilizer (in other words the chennile will be facing down or away from the stabilizer). We then placed the osnaburg down first on the sticky side of the stabilizer then the batting then the cotton fabric on top. We then let the tack down stitch run next and after it made our "sandwich" letter it then ran the "quilting stitch" in the middle of the letter and then the button hole step at the end. We then trimmed the letter leaving about 1/4" of fabric on both sides but that is totally personal preference. Then Crissie used an exacto knife to make a small slit in the button hole so that you can tie them together.
